ARE YOU MISSING OUT ON MOMENTS OF JOY SPRINKLED THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY? IF SO, DIG INTO WHAT MAKES YOU GENUINELY HAPPY. I’LL START!
How many times have you raced through your day, unknowingly overlooking moments of joy that could have brought a smile to your heart? Our days are brimming with ongoing responsibilities to family and friends, jobs and school. Understandably, it can be quite easy to disregard what makes us genuinely happy.
However, pinpointing and appreciating the little things in life that make us happy is a great way to find everyday joy.
Frankly, creating my list wasn’t as easy as I anticipated! Putting together a list of things I love would be one thing. But thinking of things that actually make me FEEL happy is another. Reminds me of those times I’ve had to identify my strengths or positive personality traits.
What am I good at? What makes me, me? Who am I? (Okay, that last one is a little dramatic.)
In all seriousness though, it’s important to enjoy life’s little beauties.
With that, I’ve put together a list of 25 small joys that make me genuinely happy, and I encourage you to do the same!
