Blogging set up
Bluehost was my very first hosting provider. With introductory rates as low as $3.95 a month and very helpful customer service, Bluehost is hard to beat as a new blogger!
WP Engine is a managed WordPress hosting provider and my current hosting provider. They’re a little more costly than Bluehost just starting out, but signing up for a WP Engine plan can get you the Genesis Framework and 35+ StudioPress themes for no additional cost. WP Engine is optimized specifically for WordPress focusing on speed, security and scalability, and they provide excellent customer service!
Tasty Pins by WP Tasty is a WordPress plugin that allows you to optimize images for SEO and Pinterest. Tasty Pins gives me more control of what images and descriptions pop up when someone wants to save an image to their Pinterest account. That way, my pins are extra-searchable and shareable for more reach!
I absolutely love Creative Market as my go-to resource for fonts and graphics. Here, you’ll also find templates, photos and even web themes. Plus, they offer 6 free goods EVERY Monday, which means you can build a pretty impressive font collection in no time.
